I think you're rather immature and that's why you can't handle criticism. In fact, most of the stuff from that vector looks like it's from the original scan, and that you only did the outline around some parts. (Unless you saved it at a really low quality.)
Also, the background is so obviously form the original scan. You're lucky I didn't delete it for that.

Oh, and can you explain to me what program you use to vector? Do you use shapes or paths?

Well maybe you should read what an actual vector is. You and I don't make real vectors; true vectors are done in Illustrator.

Are you asking why your works are not in the elite gallery?
If so:
1 - No description
2 - The backgrounds for some of your wallpapers are not high quality.

To quote the Policy:

So yeah, before you start telling me that I don't know what a vector is and what deserves to be in the elite gallery, maybe you should actually find out about it.

all the effects I used afterwards and it's also painted
half way which I must have done a bad job on but thats
probably why as well.
